Coach Lavell Sims prides himself and his gym with upholding the 7 core Values that he has followed for more than two decades in the United States Army. Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless-Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage are just a few of the key points that has made this program successful. Currently one of three in the state of Oklahoma to obtain a Level III Coach and the ability to administer the Coaches Test. Coach Sims has several Pro and Amateur Boxers that he, himself and his staff train to help them meet their boxing, physical, and over all goals. Coach Sims and his wife Ranada Sims for this program is to broaden the horizon into a Kids Program that supports the mental and physical health of under privileged and at risk kids. Coach Sims is using his boxing experience to pave the way for an after-school and summer program to give them a safe environment with mentoring that goes above and beyond the call of duty.

*Coached and won All Air Force Middleweight Champion

*Won best team title at Oklahoma/Kansas Golden Gloves

*Named Oklahoma/Kansas Golden Gloves National Coach

*Coached 5 fighters in 5 different weight classes to the Oklahoma/Kansas Golden Gloves: 2 semi-finalists, 2 finalists, and 1 Golden Gloves Champion

*Coached two fighters in two different weight classes to win Oklahoma State Title

2011:
*Coached and won All Air Force Middleweight Champion

*Won First place over all team San Angelo Tournament Texas
 
*Won second place over all team Boxing Tournament Kansas
 
*Named Oklahoma team to beat

*Coached three Airmen to All Air Force in three different weight classes

*Coached two fighters to the Olympic Last Chance Tournament
 
 *Won Best Team Titles 3 times in three different states, Texas, Kansas, and Oklahoma
    
2010:
*Coached one Fighter winning the All Army Trials  Bronze Medal
 
*Coached one fighter to the Oklahoma Regional Tournament
 
2009:
*Currently have a fighter ranked #10 in the nation
 
2008:
*Won the Best Team Title back to back
 
*One fighter nationally ranked #6 in the nation

2003:
*Won the best Women’s Team  Title
